...impressive bridge construction. A lot of powerful steel. The bridge is very easy to drive over, the asphalt is great, and it's worth the little detour! 😍👉🏻🏗️

They also call Sluis Eefde the gate of Twente, because it is the only access to the Twente canals for inland shipping. Since 2020, the lock complex has 2 lock chambers, which has improved the accessibility of the ports in Twente. Around the lock, walkers and cyclists are more important than cars. Cars are guests, which is safer for all visitors who want to see the impressive complex in action.
