These cattle are magnificent

Beautiful relaxing environment, especially during this period.

Beautiful cycling route with lots to see.

It's fantastic to be out here by bike ☺️

Old dunes that are now covered with trees and can offer hikers and cyclists protection from the sun and wind. A beautiful nature reserve with sandy areas and hills...

Such great cycle paths can actually only be found in the Netherlands, so this cycle path is also excellently developed. It goes right through the dunes with great views and beautiful nature with heather, pines and oaks. Great nature reserve

Very beautiful nature and a great area A bit crowded there in summer but where it is beautiful, it is also crowded

Lively artists' village with spectacular nature With such a pleasant village centre full of cafés and restaurants, you would almost forget to go into nature. That's a shame, because the dunes near Bergen are among the most beautiful in our country. There are few places where you can see so much variety in landscapes. Forests, heathland, drifting dunes, lakes, beach; Bergen has it all. The artists' village has its own forest (Bergerbos) and is located on the border between two large nature reserves: the North Holland Dune Reserve and the Schoorlse Duinen. From the village you can walk straight into it and you can go for miles. So lace up your walking boots and discover the beautiful nature.
