A great place to hike: an airy but never exposed path over the ridge between Bschießer and Ponten with great views in all directions + a rapid view down into the entire Hintersteiner valley.

A pleasant hiking trail through the border was set up here. We only had water with us. But you should still bring a certain amount of stamina.

A nice landmark. If you've made it this far, the climbs to Rohnenspitze, Ponten and Bscheißer are a piece of cake 😀.
