You can stop by the Kasermandl mountain hut for a meal or even stay overnight. Open Thursday to Monday from 10 am to 7 pm. In winter, until 6 pm. Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays, except Wednesdays during peak season. More information at: https://kasermandl.tirol/impressum/

The trail isn't too demanding. Rocky, steep, but largely safe terrain. It's also recommended as an alternative ascent.

A detour from Sulzlalm towards the Frederic Simms Hut through a magnificent mountain landscape. Absolutely worth it!

A wonderful refreshing dip after my mountain hike. A fantastically beautiful, clean lake surrounded by mountains, with a kiosk. Steep access to the shore, and the water is just as steep, with gravel. There are also jetties for sunbathing.

The valley station of the Simms Hut's cable car is located approximately 250 meters below the Alpine Club Hut. The hike to the Frederic Simms Hut takes another 30-45 minutes.

The color looks really nice. I'm not a big fan of cold water, but if it's midsummer and it's 30 degrees outside, I'd cool off there too.
