A beautiful bridge with a view of the castle

If you go down the stairs towards the parking lot on the other side of the bridge (the side with the information board), you will see another reminder, remains and information about the mill.

Located on the banks of the Ourthe River, the village of Durby is picturesque thanks to its rich history and remarkably well-preserved architecture. It is considered the smallest village in the world. The downside is that it attracts large crowds during the summer months.

Beautiful village known for its gnome beer, the 'Chouffe'. Since the takeover by Moortgat, this has only grown and there are many Chouffe activities here and in Houffalize. There is a pleasant bustle around the brewery and taverns. Only the chapel could also be thoroughly renovated. Today 25/05 there was a cycling event.
