In the locality of Barenthal there is a British cemetery (there are 5 in the whole Plateau) which contains 126 fallen soldiers identified by the Commonwealth belonging to the troops of the XIV Corps of the British Expeditionary Force.

Splendid cycle path in a fir forest. Too bad it's not possible to travel the entire route of the old one up to Cogollo del Cengio

With a mostly compact dirt surface, this pleasant cycle path was created from the railway line that once connected Rocchette to Asiago, and therefore the plain to the mountains. Along the route you can admire disused stations. The old steam train was nicknamed "vaca mora" by the people of the highlands and in one section it was equipped with a rack to overcome the large difference in height.

Barenthal British Cemetery: 125 Allied soldiers buried there, nine of whom are unidentified. One of five British cemeteries from the Great War located on the Asiago Plateau, established shortly after the end of the conflict. They hold a total of 1,024 fallen soldiers: Boscon, Barenthal, Cavalletto, Granezza, and Magnaboschi. The land on which they stand was donated by Italy to Great Britain, effectively making them extraterritorial entities. Among the Bassano hills, the Silàn stream rises in the hamlet of Valrovina and descends along the valley of the same name, forming here a spectacular and unexpected waterfall with jutting out and natural pools of crystalline water. The waterfall ends in an enchanting clearing, in the middle of a lush forest with impressive centuries-old chestnut trees, with enormous and twisted trunks. 'Silàn' is a Cimbrian toponym that means 'place where water flows'.
