A bench offers a view of the first hills of the Northern Black Forest. In the valley below, the Enz River winds its way through the landscape. Opposite lies the hilltop district of Waldrennach, recognizable by its distinctive water tower. The path continues to the nearby Waldenburg castle.

Nice resting place when the sun is shining, a little too exposed in bad weather, in German: It's raining horizontally :-)

This shady spot is an absolute hotspot. Located directly on the Westweg, a fountain and bench invite you to take a break with a panoramic view. When the snack bar is open and the weather is nice, there's a lively atmosphere around the linden tree: walkers, hikers, and cyclists as far as the eye can see.

A shelter, unfortunately closed. You can take a short break here.

Beautiful bee educational trail with essential information about bees. Highly recommended.

You can relax here. There's a small stand with bratwurst, fries, and drinks. I don't know when it's open, but it tastes good. It's very close to the mountain bike trail, which I can also recommend. Especially for beginners who want to gain more experience with biking.

The "Pfinzquellen" nature reserve is home to moist and diversely used grassland types of springs, swamps, watercourses, and floodplains with largely natural streambeds. Molinia meadows, lowland hay meadows, and alluvial forest with alder, ash, and willow provide habitat for some specially adapted and endangered animal species. (LUBW)
