Colle di Mud is located at 2,324 meters above sea level and connects Rima with Alagna Valsesia. From the pass the north (mountaineering) ridge starts for Monte Tagliaferro (2,964 m). To the north, however, Corno Mud (2,802 m) rises majestically.

Gipsoteca is a beautiful museum of plaster artworks that can be visited by making an appointment. Volunteers are happy to take you through history A true treasure trove in Rima 'Gipsoteca Pietro Della Vedova' is one of a kind. You will not find a similar museum anywhere in the world. This was also the will of Pietro Della Vedova. A collection of 220 plaster casts take you on a tour through the Belle Epoque of Italian cities and parks. On a limited surface are models, casts, molds for works in terracotta, marble or bronze. Together, these works are an extraordinary documentation of the productions of the 19th century sculptor Pietro Della Vedova. Legendary heroes and muses pass in review, as it were. Many of these casts can be seen today as statues within the Roman Empire in cemeteries, squares and parks. Pretty Engaging.
