The Monte Moro Pass is located on the border between Switzerland and Italy, connecting the Saas Valley in Valais to the Anzasca Valley in Piedmont. Beautiful viewpoint on the southern side of Monterosa, its peaks and glaciers

Not a real summit, more of a ridge, but well worth a climb. At the top, a statue of Jesus sits enthroned, watching over the world below. Hopefully also over the shelter, which is located nearby but doesn't really need to be used in the bright sunshine.

The Christ of the Peaks is a bronze statue located on the rocky peak of the Balmenhorn at m. 4,167 s.l.m. It depicts the blessing Christ and was inaugurated on 04/09/1955.
