Rifugio Pompeo Scalorbi is located at 1,767 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Piccole Dolomiti. The Stella d'Italia refuge is located at 1,550 meters above sea level on the Dosso del Sommo, above Fondo Grande, in the magnificent context of Alpe Cimbra. It offers a large terrace with a panoramic view of the town of Folgaria (TN) and is managed by the Rech family, who have owned the refuge for decades.

Named after General Achille Papa, Gold Medal for military valor who died during the First World War in 1917, the refuge is located at the saddle of the Porte del Pasubio, at 1,928 meters above sea level, on the massif of the same name. Today the Papa refuge is owned by the CAI of Schio and boasts around sixty beds.

The food is good but reservations are mandatory on weekends. The free deckchairs are also excellent for pleasant relaxation after the meal.
