Beautiful cycle path, recommended in late spring

This church, like all the others that share its name, was built starting from the 5th century AD. in honor of San Vigilio. Legend has it that the patron saint of Trento was stoned to death right on the spot where the parish structure was built.

Also known as the ancient Carisolo crystal factory, this glass factory was in operation between 1805 and 1888. The locality is now managed as an open-air museum by the Maria Pernici foundation, where you can see historical pieces of crystal, documents, photos and work tools of the glaziers.

The cycle / pedestrian path of Val Rendena has one of its most beautiful passages between Carisolo and Caderzone Terme. It also opens up a thousand possibilities: from the Carisolo plain, for example, you can go towards the Val Genova up to the spectacular Nardis waterfalls.
