Agriturismo Malga Stramaiolo (low), 1678 m. The milk produced in this mountain hut is transformed into cheese, ricotta, yogurt and butter. Here they produce a Slow Food cheese called Nostrano di Piné as well as excellent cured meats. There is a restaurant service with the possibility of overnight stays and a welcoming place to stop.

The Val Cava climb should only be done with sufficiently agile gears. All asphalted, even beyond the Pletzn hut, for the first kilometer it reaches gradients of around 20%.
