PLEASE NOTE!!! Starting June 2025, parking at Forcella is subject to a fee. A small fee of €3 will be charged for parking. The goal is to use the proceeds to maintain Via Cadorna (this is what the municipality has declared. Whether this is fair or not, I'll leave it to others to decide), the main thoroughfare leading to Forcella.

The Double Lake Giant Bench is located on the heights of Mount Sparavera, in Val Gandino, in the province of Bergamo. It was inaugurated on June 4, 2023 and is part of the international circuit of Big Benches, a project created by American designer Chris Bangle. Bench features: Location: Near the Malga Lunga Refuge, with a panoramic view. Panorama: It offers a spectacular view of two lakes, Lake Iseo and Lake Endine. The town of Monticelli is located near Monte Sparavera, in Val Gandino, in the province of Bergamo. It is a crossing point for several hiking trails, including CAI 547, which connects Peia to Monticelli and continues towards Malga Lunga and the summit of Monte Sparavera.
