The “Kletterwald Nord” in the Thülsfelder Talsperre recreation area – also called “Kletterwald Thüle” – offers lots of fun, action and adventure. From the treetops there is a fantastic panoramic view of the nature reserve. And if you want to climb that high in the Thüle climbing forest, you don't even have to have the skills of Tarzan. Sturdy shoes, jeans and clothing appropriate to the weather are sufficient. Every participant in the Thüle climbing park is doubly secured by a tested climbing harness. Beginners and children aged six and over are on the safe side on an instructional course with a fitness character and can still manage 16 different elements at a lower height. A small climbing school has been set up for climbing experts aged 3-6 years. There are a total of ten circuits with 131 climbing elements on an area of 30,000 square meters.
