Nice swimming spot. Unfortunately, you now have to share it with a luxury tiny house site, or part of the beach is cordoned off for it. And there is no longer a kiosk, just the dilapidated building of it... but it's a perfect place for swimming and sunbathing.

Here, one surprisingly encounters a modern sculpture that transports one's thoughts back to ancient times: In Greek mythology, there was Charon, the ferryman to the underworld. At burial, a coin was placed on each of the dead's eyes; this was Charon's reward for transporting the deceased safely. Why he, as the ferryman, is standing not on a barge, but on a four-wheeled cart, is perhaps a free interpretation by the artist...
