바위군 "Schwarzer Stein"에는 바위 바늘인 석화된 수도승이 있습니다. 전설에 따르면, 이끼 인간(Moosmann)이 이곳에서 수도승을 만나 죽어가는 이끼 요정에게 마지막 축복을 내려달라고 부탁했습니다. 보상은 나뭇잎 한 자루였습니다. 수도승은 자랑스럽게 거절하고 도움을 거부했습니다. "네 마음은 돌처럼 단단하니, 수도승이여 - 너도 돌이 되리라"라고 이끼 인간이 말했습니다. 이끼 요정은 죽었고, 수도승은 돌이 되었습니다. 오늘날에도 이 특별한 암석 지형을 감상할 수 있습니다.

A striking viewpoint on the trail from Falkenstein to Grünbach. The Lochstein is a popular destination for both locals and visitors. A covered seating area sponsored by the town's residents always invites you to take a break, which is also greatly appreciated by hikers on Felsenweg 3b from Werda. Located in the Vogtland Geo-Environmental Park, the Lochstein is a greywacker quartzite rock – an impressive rock that can be climbed with a view of the Falkenstein town area. However, when climbing, the "Lochstein" is primarily for more experienced climbers because it has been left in its almost pristine state, which is why it is advisable to have a pair of slings, friends, or nuts handy.
