Nice and quite easy alternative to the road.

I wouldn't describe this trail as a "single trail", it's actually really wide. The difficulty comes from the stones and the holes.

It's a bit of work to get here, but then... Incredible views and a great trail to Sedrun or Segnas! Please respect the bike bans...

Bike carrying system works perfectly and very helpful and friendly staff. A little tip: If you have a water bottle on the frame, remove it for the Seeselbahn to make it easier to handle when attaching and removing it from the bike carrying system.

A dreamlike place. The 360° panorama, as well as the downhill to the crest, are simply magnificent!

Panoramic hill between Disentis and Sedrun. There are various hiking trails leading into the valley (bicycles are banned in some areas). I recommend the official bike downhill either to Sedrun or Disentis. Great fun!

Brilliant trail towards Urnerboden!

Just after the junction with the hiking trail. The Catrina Flow Trail from Gendusas to Caischavedra is divided into four sectors, a total of 4 km with an altitude of 300 meters. Steep curves, hollows, bumps, wooden bridges and an unbelievable panorama are waiting for you! Back up to the start with the chairlift.
