Although it is tempting, you are NOT allowed to swim in the Reindersmeer. After all, it is a vulnerable nature reserve with rare plants and animals.

A detour to the dunes and sandy paths is also worth it. However, rather unsuitable by bike. Here you can only push your bike.

The entire west side of the Reindersmeer is difficult to navigate. This route is only recommended for cyclists with appropriate bicycles. Slightly sandy sections alternate with a short but steep incline. Scenic but beautiful.
