Malghera is a beautiful town in Val di Sacco which can be reached after a steep climb from Fusino. You can have lunch or dinner at the refuge (where you can also sleep), and many MTB routes start from here.

Excellent point to take a break after the climb up to Trivigno alta. Numerous routes start from here, including the one that leads (after a short climb on asphalt and then dirt) to the first step of the Five Crazy Down - Padrio descent. If you agree with someone, there is a convenient car park where you can drop them off to save yourself the climb.

Instead of taking the official MTB route 32 on tarmac through Baruffini all the way down to Tirano, you can challenge yourself (and your brakes) on this incredibly steep trail. It starts on loose forest ground, then after passing Roncaiola, it's mostly cobblestone.

Just wow! The trail is constantly going up and down, never giving you any time to rest. I believe this is a perfect trail for eMTBs.

Casual trail, but you have to fight hard for it with a few meters of altitude beforehand. The trail itself always goes up and down and is exhausting.
