Warmbad is a district of the town of Wolkenstein. Warmbad has been a state-approved health resort in the Free State of Saxony with the status of a spa for more than a hundred years. The oldest and warmest thermal spring in Saxony is located here.

This castle, which dates back to the 14th century, is located directly at the confluence of the Zschopau and Roter Pfütze rivers. The Bärenstein is 897.8 m high. It is located about two kilometers north of the town of the same name, Bärenstein, in the Erzgebirgskreis. To the north of the summit is the approximately 1 hectare large area natural monument "The Bärenstein was integrated into the measurement network in the course of the Royal Saxon triangulation and a second order triangulation column was erected on the summit in 1865. The column, which had fallen over for years, was moved around 25 meters to the south in 2005 The original location was rebuilt. Due to the dense forest cover on the hilltop, the view of the neighboring stations on the Pöhlberg, Scheibeberg and Fichtelberg is no longer possible.
