In the 15th century, the village was divided into Groß Kedingshagen and Klein Kedingshagen. From 1862, the estate was owned by Heinrich Bartels. In 1928, Karl Friedrich Stuth was listed as the owner of the manor, and the last owner until 1945 was Otto Müller. The manor house was built around 1775. (gutshaeuser.de)

A very relaxing walk into the city center. Magnificent views of the lakes and numerous waterfowl. Plenty of benches invite you to linger. A very nice spot.

The Hanseatic city is the oldest city in Pomerania and is considered the gateway to the island of Rügen. The old town with its magnificent monuments has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2002.
