A very nice observation tower with a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding countryside. There's a small swimming area at the lake, and parking is free.

The viewing platform at the lake is located directly on the bike path and is very easily accessible. It offers a fantastic view of the lake and the opportunity to spot the rare lesser spotted eagle.

The bathing area looks quite inviting. There is a covered rest area and the sandy beach looks well-kept. There are many water birds to observe and you have a good view of the small island in the Pütter See.

A beautiful spot right on the lake with a small sandy beach. However, swimming is prohibited because Lake Borgwallsee is a drinking water reservoir for Stralsund.

Unfortunately the entire route between Eixen and Bad Sülze is on a poorly asphalted road. Only from Kavelsdorf onwards does the asphalt get a little better.

The approx. 3.89 km² large lake is part of the nature reserve Borgwallsee and Pütter See and serves the city of Stralsund as a drinking water reservoir. Therefore, driving on the lake and swimming are not permitted.

Well-kept small swimming area with a rest area and volleyball field. However, bathe at your own risk. The bank is almost completely overgrown with reeds and the bathing area is very weed.
