This lovely bathing spot offers everything you could wish for. It's not crowded, being small and easy to navigate. Furthermore, the lack of any restaurants or cafes in the immediate vicinity makes it relatively quiet and peaceful. It's also easily accessible via the cycle path. The bathing area is partially screened from view by vegetation along the cycle path. There's a nice little sandy beach at the entry point.

The Sundian Meadows, also known as the Sundische Wiese (Sund Meadows), form the eastern part of the Zingst peninsula in the Vorpommern-Rügen district. The name derives from the "Stralsund Meadows," as the area once belonged to the catchment area of the city of Stralsund. The Sundian Meadows are an important nature reserve within the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park, located on the Zingst peninsula on the German Baltic coast. These vast, wet meadows extend east of the town of Zingst and are among the most valuable and species-rich areas within the national park. A very relaxing walk into the city center. Magnificent views of the lakes and numerous waterfowl. Plenty of benches invite you to linger. A very nice spot.
