Located at the far end of the Alpsee and in the shadow of the Säuling, you have a wonderful view of the lake, the two castles and the Museum of the Bavarian Kings. If you want, you can also hike further from here towards Pinswang in Tyrol and the historic border triangle of the Electorate of Bavaria, the County of Tyrol and the Bishopric of Augsburg can also be hiked as a short detour.
