This building is now owned by the "Camphill Lebensgemeinschaft Königsmühle" (Camphill Königsmühle Community) for people in need of physical and mental care, who live here in small residential units and on a long-term basis and work in craft workshops. The Camphill Lebensgemeinschaft Königsmühle is a small social therapeutic facility for adults with disabilities in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse in southwest Germany. About 13 employees, 8 volunteers (4 of them international) and 24 supervised persons live and work here. The Camphill consists of 3 family-like house communities. An application for a well house is known from the year 1719, after which the foundation stone was laid in 1721.
