From the bridge over the Main you have a very beautiful view of the Mildenburg. A visit to the castle and the museum located there is well worth it.

Nice place to stop with a historical ambience… something for the eyes… something to rest… It’s a shame that there is no catering here… would be a nice place for that

Miltenberg…👍 This is one of our favorite RV parking spots, we like to go on hikes and long bike rides along the Main or through the beautiful vineyards from there… The old town of Miltenberg is also beautiful - we always enjoy going to the wine festival 🚲Greetings from the Wetterau… Simone & Michael🙋🏻🙋♂️

Miltenberg not only shines with a medieval old town full of half-timbered buildings, romantic alleys and hidden corners. With its lively urban culture, it also has a very young Middle Ages to offer. Here, visitors will find Germany's oldest princely hostel, the “Gasthaus zum Riesen”, and the well-known Schnatterloch. This ensemble of market fountains and half-timbered houses is a gem of a romantic, historic city setting.
