Yesterday, I made good progress on the gravel, with a few sections of S1 and larger rocks, but with a bit of balance, I managed to navigate them easily. I didn't have to dismount once. As I said, it's a bit technical at times, but it's fun :)

The Kemptener Naturfreundehaus is located at an altitude of 1,442 meters, surrounded by a beautiful forest, and is also known as "the Bergbriada". Here, the host spoils you all year round with delicious dishes made from fresh, regional ingredients. The hut is the perfect starting point for hikes. If you want to stay longer or take part in one of the events that the hut host organizes again and again, you can also stay overnight. Great mountain bike route. I was out on a gravel bike. The path is a bit rough in places.

Very nice flow trail. Lots of fun. In my opinion, the best time to ride is on weekdays in November. Then the pasture gates and the many holidaymakers are no longer there.

Totally lonely up there, but also idyllic
