You can expect a big pool, diving boards and towers. For children, there is a heated pool, water slide, beach areas, and playgrounds. You can relax on the large lawn or grab a book from the small outdoor pool library.

Tusindårsskoven (Millennium Forest) is a nature reserve with several beautiful hiking paths that are easily accessible from the parking lot at the north end. The Tinderbox Music Festival also takes place here in June.

Odense, with approximately 200,000 inhabitants, is the third largest city in Denmark and one of the oldest. It has a pretty city center with many half-timbered houses.

A beautiful town hall dating from the 1880s. It replaced the older building on the same site. A lovely ensemble with the church in the market square.

Elmelund Forest, southwest of Odense, is a new forest. 600,000 trees were planted in 2014.
