Beautiful route along the Iron Man in Vught. Terraces nearby, benches to rest and you can even get into the water. It can be quite busy, especially on days off and with nice weather. Take it easy then!

Impressive place. Beautifully constructed museum and more than ever needed. A bit odd that it is located next to a current detention center.

War wagons to Camp Vught: 'Eighty people, three days in a room' Two freight wagons that were used during the war years can be seen in the National Monument Camp Vught. The wagons are of the type that were used during the Second World War to transport prisoners. Director Jeroen van den Eijnde of Camp Vught: "After very careful research, we know for sure that they are wagons that ran on German tracks during the war years. We just don't know for sure whether these wagons in particular were also used to transport prisoners." Worth a visit. Another moment for us. We already had 25 km in our legs. Will come back just for Camp Vught. It is special that P.I. Vught (prison) is adjacent to the entrance of Camp Vught.
