It's worth a detour on foot or by bike. There are ships to see every now and then. Otherwise, the fun is quickly over with the racer, as you only cross the canal. The paths along the canal are not suitable for the racer.

The well-developed cycle path between Sülfeld and Calberlah is a nice place to ride. Unfortunately, there are a few bumps caused by tree roots, but they are still easy to get over quickly.

Unfortunately, the section in the forest has become a nightmare and it is no longer pleasant to ride downhill at higher speeds because the ground is very uneven and rough.

From Wasbüttel to Ohnhorst, the cycle path is very well developed and has a smooth asphalt surface and the route is a bit curvy. Unfortunately, the entrance to Ohnhorst is a bit tricky, as the cycle path ends before a bend, you either have to stop or brake briefly and master the tight bend on the footpath and then get back on the road.

It's always good when you can really let it roll. The conditions are right here in terms of the asphalt and the condition of the road. Really great to drive. As far as traffic goes, I guess you have to make a good time. Commuting times tend not to be one of them. But you can adjust to that. Basically a piece that can be easily integrated into route planning. But what you should know is that there is no cycle path on the even busier road coming from Essehof in the direction of WOB from Wettmershagen. Either go up and through or take the detour via Jelpke and Kl. Brunsrode.
