A truly picturesque village. You can cross it from both the main road and the municipal road along the lake, but beware, as there are several businesses like bars and restaurants with waiters crossing the road with trays.

The route was opened in 2014 as a combined cycle/pedestrian path (previously an old country road) and is enjoying great popularity. On a nearly 5-kilometer-long path, approximately 3 meters wide, you can enjoy the lake and rocky landscape far from traffic. http://prolocomarone.it/en/itineraries/vello-toline

One of the most beautiful cycle paths I have ever ridden. Excellent asphalt and beautiful views. Be careful of the many pedestrians on weekends.

Crossed by the torrent of the same name and mostly in the territory of the municipality of Pisogne, Val Palot has some ski facilities and in summer it can be climbed both by bike and on foot. The roads and paths of Val Palot lead to the over 1,600 meters of Colle San Zeno.

The path has new asphalt, but be careful because of the small pebbles that can get on the road. Also, there are a couple of silent places with benches to relax or take a break.

UPDATE of 6/10/2023 – Due to a serious accident that occurred on 21/09, the Vello – Toline cycle/pedestrian path is CLOSED to the passage of both pedestrians and bicycles until further notice. It is therefore NOT possible to complete the tour of the lake by bike, in the absence of an alternative route.
