Although this hermitage is actually called the hermitage of San Lorenzo de Mesterika, it is popularly known as San Lontzo or Santillandi. It is a small popular hermitage of very remote antiquity.

This large stone church with elements of great value is crowned by a tower and a clock on top. It was built on the old hermitage.

With 344 meters of altitude, this mountainous foothills of Jata are located very close to San Miguel de Zumetxaga, between the towns of Bakio and Mungia. It is difficult to get good views from the summit, since it is all quite covered by a pine plantation. In it you can see a beautiful mailbox in the shape of a house on which it says Tollu, as this summit is also known.

At 684 meters high, this is the highest peak of the massif that bears its name. It is located on the left bank of the estuary. During the Civil War, the so-called Battle of Sollube took place on its slopes for eight days.

This single-storey hermitage dates from the 12th century approximately. It is located on the eastern slope of Mount Jata, between oaks and chestnut trees.

Meñaka (or Meñaca, in Spanish) is made up of three neighborhoods. The main one is San Lorenzo de Mesterica (Mesterika), with farmhouses grouped around the church, the town hall and the pediment. The other two neighborhoods are Andra Mari de Meñacabarrena (Meñakabarrena), to the south, and Santa Elena de Emerando (Emerando), to the north and on the slopes of Mount Sollube.

Sollube from Bermeo is a climb in the Basque Country region. It has a length of 8.2 kilometers and an ascent of 651 vertical meters with a slope of 7.9% on average. The top of the ascent is located at 658 meters above sea level.
