Sant Esteve, Saint Stephen, the namesake of this church in Andorra la Vella, is one of the seven first deacons of the early Jerusalem community and, as the New Testament reports, is the first martyr (martyr) of early Christianity. The church remembers his death on Boxing Day, December 26th.
