The International Summer Ski Jumping Competition for the Georg Thoma Cup takes place annually at the Kreuzkopf ski jump in Bad Peterstsl-Griesbach. The hill record is held by Max Kaiser with a jump of 65 meters, achieved on July 21, 2013.

A bench overlooking the bridge and the waterfall invites hikers to pause for a moment. Especially during the snowmelt or after heavy rainfall, the waterfall truly shines.

A truly fantastic viewpoint. They even have a panoramic map that identifies the landmarks you can see. From Dollenberg, with its hotel of the same name, across the valley to the Buchkopf Tower and all the way to the Rhine plain. On a clear day, you can even admire the Vosges Mountains. Unfortunately, the well-built refreshment stand was completely sold out today. Everything was empty. The sign mentions video surveillance, but that could also be used to check the drink supply. ...

The Himmelssteig from the swimming pool car park is an absolute premium hiking trail that is worth it with ever new highlights

Very nice liquor fountain with a very good selection. Cherry brandy and cherry liqueur are recommended
