To the left of the grinding path lies the unnamed pond. It sometimes has more water, sometimes less.

The services, which are sometimes accompanied by the Karow brass band, are highly recommended and inspiring.

A stop is planned for the Sellheim Bridge on the northern commuter rail line. In the future, S-Bahn trains will depart here every 10 minutes in both directions. Due to structural damage, the Sellheim Bridge, built in 1958, is to be replaced by a new bridge between mid-2026 and 2031 (https://www.berlin.de/sen/uvk/mobilitaet-und-verkehr/infrastruktur/brueckenbau/sellheimbruecke/). The bridge will be widened to span the S-Bahn station planned directly beneath the bridge. Direct, barrier-free access is planned from both sides of the bridge. Additional bus stops will be built directly adjacent to the new bridge. This will allow passengers to conveniently transfer between buses and S-Bahn services. The new Sellheimbrücke station will primarily serve the development of the Karow Süd project area (https://www.berlin.de/sen/stadtentwicklung/neue-stadtquartiere/karow-sued/) planned by the State of Berlin. Between 3,500 and 5,000 new apartments are to be built on three sub-areas with a total area of almost 100 hectares.

A beautiful bike path along the wind turbines. A short climb awaits in Blumberg. At the end, there's a short cobblestone section (in Blumberg), but you can bypass it on sand.

Motorway bridge over the A10, on the ramps to the bridge there are very rough cobblestones, which slows down riding a gravel bike considerably.
