The city park is a spacious green space with beautiful mature deciduous trees. The extensive, lush green lawns are ideal for recreational sports, and benches invite you to linger. Finally, there are several playgrounds and even a few fitness centers. A relaxing stroll is definitely worth it.

A very stable covered bridge over the Unstrut.

Here, photos of two beautiful Unstrut bridges are shown in a highlight. The title picture belongs to the second in the city park at the church. The other, longer bridge is in the city park at the end of the canoeists' whitewater canal. The comments sometimes refer to one bridge, sometimes to the other. The cycle path goes past the longer bridge, sharp right turn, the cycle path goes over the small bridge by the church. Both beautiful!
