The Datteln-Hamm Canal is an integral part of many people's lives: It's a place for walking, cycling, zipping along on e-scooters, walking the dog, or going for a jog. This waterway is 47 kilometers long in total. The canal branches off from the Dortmund-Ems Canal in Datteln and ends at the Westfalen power plant in Hamm.
