円形のモノプテロス様式の優雅な構造物であるIl Tempietto Onigoは、古典的な柱がドームを支える特徴を持ち、19世紀後半にGuglielmo d'Onigo伯爵の意向により建てられました。丘の麓の緑に囲まれたこの記念碑は、伯爵とその妻Teodolindaの墓として機能し、古代の神殿にインスパイアされた後期新古典主義建築の洗練された例となっています。その孤立した示唆に富む場所は、今日、ピアーヴェ川とアゾロの丘陵地帯を巡るルートを走るハイカーやサイクリストに非常に愛される立ち寄り場所となっており、ヴェネトの風景に完璧に統合された静けさと歴史的記憶の片隅を提供しています。

🤩 splendid views of the plain

The climb on the Strada al Monfenera is a panoramic and historic route that winds through chestnut, beech and pine woods, offering suggestive views and a completely asphalted surface. Although it is one of the most accessible routes to climb Monte Grappa, it has challenging sections with gradients between 8% and 12% in the first six hairpin bends. After passing Monfenera, the route continues with ups and downs and hairpin bends towards Monte Tomba and Monte Palon, passing through Salto della Capra and Val delle Mure, where there are tunnels dug into the rock. The route is full of evidence of the Great War, until reaching the Sacrario di Cima Grappa (1,718 meters). From here, the panorama extends from the Dolomites to the Venice Lagoon, making this climb a unique experience between nature and history.
