Wonderful view

This Ücia fits perfectly into the mountain landscape. It exudes a wonderful atmosphere in the valley basin, and even marmots occasionally stop by.

You descend from the vertical wall with scenic leaning ladders, hidden in the rocky ravines. The most iconic part of the via ferrata!

If you are already here, you should definitely take a walk around the Fanes plain. The landscape seems almost unnatural in places and is much more varied than it first appears. And the view of the 'demolition wall' of the Neuner is simply impressive.

Beautiful, almost flat section of the path through the forest with wonderful views. Also worthwhile in itself if you don't mind the climb to the plateau.

Anyone who climbs up here from the valley will find it quite a struggle, especially the last few switchbacks over the scree slope. The descent is really fun and you can slide down large parts of the scree quickly.

The views from the trail are great. Anyone expecting a real via ferrata will be disappointed. The path runs skillfully (although often exposed) through the wall and only has short sections with rope protection.

Can be reached from both the San Vigilio side and from La Valle - Wengen. When climbing from Wengen, a steep climb over scree awaits you. From here you can continue to the Neunerspitze.
