エンツ川の右岸、アイゼンバーン高架橋から約300m上流の高いヴォーバッハの岩壁の前に、1989年の州立ガーデンショー以来、南ドイツの段丘地帯の岩石を用いた、歩行可能な景観モデルがあります。地質学的な時間の旅では、地球上の生命の歩み、段丘地帯の形成と構造、そしてムシェルカルク海の生物の世界についての洞察が得られます。

ヴュルテンベルク西鉄道ビエティッゲン–ブルッフザール線の一部として、1851年から1853年にかけて建設された鉄道橋であるエンツタール高架橋の美しい眺め。建設はカール・エッツェル建築監督官の指揮によるものでした。

The cycle path was built on the railway embankment of the former Bottwartalbahn. You can still see old train stations and some railway signals along the route. Due to the slight gradient and the good surface, it is easy to cycle.

The Horkheim barrage is a canal barrage and consists of a double lock on the right bank and a power station to the left of it. In the upper water, there is a side canal about 2.9 km long. The associated weir that regulates the dam in this section is in the Horkheim Altneckar. A road bridge runs over the lower head at about platform height. It connects the land side with the Horkheim island. The lock extension is therefore to be carried out in the direction of the upper water. From a nautical point of view, the right, land-side lock chamber is suitable for the extension for the 135 m long inland vessel. (Source: www.wna-heidelberg.wsv.de)
