A beautiful stretch that starts from Lake Iseo, climbs towards Foresto Sparso, then climbs towards Val Cavallina and Lake Endine. A bumpy climb with interesting climbs and no cars. Remarkable!

Saint John of the Ants not of the Doors

Cesulì is a mountain pass located at 922 meters above sea level in Val Cavallina, near Monte Pranzà, in the municipality of Vigano San Martino. It is known for its 18th-century chapel, which has a small bell tower and offers a spectacular view of Lake Endine2. Situated at 922 metres above sea level, Cesulì is a mountain pass in Val Cavallina that takes its name from the charming 18th century chapel that stands on the summit. It has a small bell tower and a magnificent view of Lake Endine.

Challenging and with uphill stretches for which I had to push the bike. Pay attention to the weather.

A short but steep climb that cuts your breath a little, but deserves to be tackled. If you have time, a visit to the sanctuary of San Giovanni alle ants is worthwhile. If only for the name! From the pass take the road that leads directly, it is a minor detour. The Monastery is a super location for weddings and if the day is nice there is a great view of Lake Iseo

Ascent as long and hard as it is wonderful. The worst part, but also the most panoramic one, is the second. It's worth it, from every point of view
