I've done it twice in the same lap, first from Desso, then after climbing Monte Pora. They're completely different. From Desso, it's long and always in double digits, with significant peaks, so take it with a pinch of salt; the other is rideable. Seeing is believing. 🚴♀️

After passing the last hamlet of Ceratello, which owes its name to its Cerri woods (a type of Oak), you take a splendid and panoramic traverse that leads to the Bossico plateau. You soon leave the asphalt to run on a perfect dirt road where in the steepest parts, more subject to erosion, it becomes finely paved. When you come across the first houses and the panorama opens up it is the sign that you have arrived at the vast Bossico plateau.
