Dort in der Nähe befinden sich mehrere alte Grenzsteine der Königreiche Preußen und Hannover. Später Grenze DDR und Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Heute Grenze zwischen Niedersachsen und Thüringen. Ein schöner Platz zum Pause machen. Auch kann man Kinder die alten Grenzsteine suchen lassen.....

Duderstadtには非常に美しい古い街並みがあります

The children can climb the KiKA tree house, and we even ventured up the stairs to enjoy the view “of the countryside” - beautiful.

The grounds are beautifully spacious; when we arrived, the pigs were being watered and were wallowing happily in the mud. Many other animals can be encountered while wandering around the grounds: colorful peacocks, geese, ducks, chickens, roosters, fallow deer, donkeys, rabbits, goats, and the Harz Red Mountain Cattle. There is a display stable, but it was mostly empty, as the cows were in the paddock.

Opened as the third inn in Fuhrbach in 1875, it is now run as a 4* hotel with 50 rooms.

Surprisingly wide and long and there are endless half-timbered houses. The usual shops with the usual pedestrian stoppers that make the whole thing look a bit cheap. Churches at both ends of the street, the town hall in the middle... Very beautiful with a few minor drawbacks!
