Past and Present Use Nursing Home Era: For many decades, the Lindenhof Estate was widely known as a district nursing home. However, this lease agreement between the Stormarn district and the operators at the time was terminated. Change: After the nursing home closed, the property was sold, and the residents moved to more modern facilities in Ahrensburg or neighboring communities. Current status (2026): The manor house is privately owned and used for residential purposes.
