You can enjoy a delicious lunch here on the terrace (facing south) or in the conservatory in winter after Mountain biking on the LDD route

De Rustende Jager is beautifully situated on the south side of the Drunense Duinen, along the cycle path towards De Drie Linden / Giersbergen. Very busy at weekends and with good weather and sometimes difficult to park the car.

De Rustende Jager can be found in hospitable Brabant, near famous places such as Tilburg, Den Bosch, historic Heusden and the tourist Oisterwijk. Our tavern is the gateway to the beautiful National Park “De Loonse en Drunense Duinen”. Due to this special location, De Rustende Jager is both a passage and a starting point for various routes.
Here you will find various cycling routes, walking routes and riding routes; a mountain bike route and we are near the beginning of a dog walking area.

If you want to get hold of these routes before entering the gate to the park, you can contact us for information. We sell maps, cycling routes over various distances and maps of the Brabant cycling junctions.
A permit is required to use the mountain bike route or the bridleways. At De Rustende Jager you can buy both day and annual permits for this. General information about the National Park “De Loonse en Drunense Duinen” is also available from us.

By the way, not only are you welcome as a guest, but we also think of 'the livestock'. When the horse lover relaxes on our terrace, the horse can be stored in the shade in one of our 20 lockable boxes.

And on a leash, your dog is also allowed with us. Because after a lovely walk through the soft sand, your four-legged friend naturally needs a nice fresh bowl of water. And he is ready for him with us.

From now on, De Rustende Jager is open all year round from 9 am to sunset.
        Open Friday until 6 pm.
