    A popular park trail locals love to cruise. The trail offers a scenery of well-kept parklands and watercraft activity on the canal. Well-maintained and flat. One has a choice of making it a loop, as there are paths on both sides of the canal for most of the way.

    Easy rides around the capitol.. Good cycling infrastructure, and Queen Elizabeth Drive is reserved for "Active Traffic".. ie. No Cars.
