This classic loop is relatively easy if you can understand where to pace up and pace down as there are 3 major points/curves for the downhill and uphill. First 2km run normal, then speed up until 4.5k, slow down until 6km as it is going to be uphill. After 6km. You can speed up as there is the bridge and is a slow uphill. Around 8.5k, speed up even more until 9.5k. Last 500m is bit uphill once again. Combine your top pace and steady pace.
