Eden Estuary Nature Reserve is a rich intertidal mud and sand flat that is home to myriad wildlife and plantlife. You can spot birds such as black-tailed godwit, grey plover, redshank, shelduck and red-breasted merganser. If you are lucky, you might even spot dolphins swimming in the estuary. There is a visitor centre and car park at the reserve.
