The trail has currently been cleared and is rideable throughout, except for a fallen tree at the end (coming from the Haintchen direction). Tip! The Hubertushof, also known as Ricker Hütt or Taunus Alm, is a restaurant near the entrance and exit of the singletrack trail, but currently has no direct connection to the trail.
The comments from Lars (view from the Dauborn cross-country course towards Limburg) and
Taunus Achim (tree felling! 13 trees and no alternative... 😞) unfortunately have nothing to do with the singletrack trail at the Hubertushof.

Mountain biking

I entered from the east, and the trail follows the Eisenbach stream into the valley.

A very easy-to-ride, narrow trail with a few roots and rocks.

When it's wet, the dirt path can be slippery.

A much more interesting ride than the paved bike path on the other side of the Eisenbach.

Hubertushof
There are nice outdoor seats in the beer garden and a small but fine menu with something for everyone, not to forget the Allgäu Büble beer, a highly recommended location, both thumbs up 🤗, small playground available. If the weather is foreseeable, a reservation is recommended, currently / June 2020, only open Friday to Sunday.
