Before using the barbecue area, please inform the responsible district manager, Mr. Baumgart, Tel. 0172/3480162 or the responsible Frauenwald Forestry Office, Tel. 036782/6585, about the time of use and name the person responsible - if necessary, barbecuing may be prohibited for reasons of forest protection in the event of a forest fire;

You can obtain the key required to use the barbecue for a fee of €12.00 (including garbage bag) plus a €10.00 deposit from the Schmiedefeld Tourist Information Office Mon-Fri 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.;

Please only use dry, untreated firewood or charcoal;

Do not use any fuels such as petrol, diesel, etc.;
